Located on a millenary scree at the bottom of Montferrand castle, the whole of it (13 ha.) is currently in production.
The wine is made of six varieties (Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Roussane, Marsanne) of vines that were replanted from 1998.
Vines density varies from 3,300 stocks/ha. for the oldest vines up to to 5,500 stocks / 100,000 ft² for the youngest.

The operating specificity is the result of the vinification obtained by blending grapes during fermentation.
The grapes are carefully selected by manual harvest.
