The vineyard

The estate was established by Fabien in 1998.

A 13-hectare vineyard comprised of three plots on very different soils, with fruit trees, olive trees, and truffle oaks growing alongside the vines.

Plot 1: The "Roc du Verdier" plot in the commune of Valflaunès, at the foot of Pic Saint Loup, comprises 7.5 hectares of vines on scree slopes, including 2.5 hectares of white grape varieties and 5 hectares of red grape varieties. The soils impart excellent acidity.

Plot 2: The "Champs des Roches" plot in the village of Valflaunès, with 2 hectares of Syrah and 0.5 hectares of Grenache. The limestone and clay/marl soils produce wines with a distinctly northern character.

3rd plot: Lieu-Dit “Puech de Dolgues” in the commune of Lauret with 2 hectares of Syrah, 0.50 hectares of Cinsault and 0.50 hectares of Grenache. The soils, on hard limestone, express themselves through fine, balanced and very fruity wines.
